Who Are We?

We are fitness and safety enthusiasts offering women and girls in and around London vibrant and friendly classes to learn new skills and gain a fitter and healthier mindset and body. ​

Did you know that A third of women and girls will experience physical or sexual violence in their lifetime. That's a scary though right? Well unfortunately it's a reality. As a woman living in the busy City of London, safety is a priority.

Women today should feel safe enough to travel at any time, to anyplace, without the fear of violation. This is why Fierce by gl was created.

What Do We Do?

I was a little bit apprehensive about doing this class as martial arts is not what I'm usually into, but I was pleasantly surprised.

​

The music was really fun and energetic, the moves were easy to pick up and progressed in intensity and G was really engaging and brought a lot of energy to the session.

I'm now 'hooked!'

I'm new to this form of exercise and am in my 50's so was unsure if I would be able to keep up let alone manage the moves but I did. 

​

G made the session fun and took time to ensure that I knew what I was doing and the safest way to perform. She had alternative exercises that I could do if I was hesitant and was very patient.​ Thanks for a great workout and I will be returning next week.
